What Happens Next?
Once we receive your completed fraud dispute form and all other required documentation, we aim to resolve your case within 21 working days and will notify you of the outcome via email.
If we are unable to resolve your case within that timeframe, we will contact you to let you know. While the investigation is in progress you are not required to pay for the fraudulent transactions or any associated interest.
