An Establishment fee of $55 applies to your first LTF transaction, a $35 Advance Fee applies to all subsequent LTF transactions.
Who can become an Additional Cardholder?
Additional Cardholders must be at least 16 years of age, have a New Zealand driver licence, an email address and a mobile number that’s different to yours to qualify.
You can set them up via My Account.
Getting Set Up
Inviting an additional cardholder onto your account is a quick and simple process.
Step 1: Ensure you have a My Account login. If you don’t yet have one, you can create your account here.
Step 2: Log in to My Account, head to “My Cards” and click on “invite additional” to enter in details of the person/s you would like to invite onto your account. An email will then be sent to that person inviting them to complete an application which will take less than five minutes.
Step 3: Once the Additional Cardholder application is accepted by us and the Terms and Conditions accepted by them; we will post the Additional Cardholder their own card sent to the address supplied during their application.
Step 4: Once the Farmers Mastercard® has arrived and has been activated by the Additional Cardholder, go into My Account and link your Farmers Club Card number onto that account and you will now be able to collect Farmers Club Points on their purchases.
Other Important Information
Please be aware that unlike a joint account, the Additional Cardholder is not liable for any purchases they make, or the outstanding balance on the account - as the Primary Cardholder you are liable for this. However, you’ll be able to view all of their transactions on your monthly statement and via My Account.
It’s also important to note that the Farmers Club Card number linked onto your Primary Account will need to be linked with any Additional Cardholders’ Farmers Mastercard to collect Farmers Club Points on their spend. Additional Cardholders will not receive any collected Farmers Club Points on a different Farmers Club Account, be able to make changes to your Primary Account or view your statements.
Terms and Conditions
*Applies to all purchases which exclude cash advances, balance transfers, fees, interest charges or quasi-cash transactions. Primary and Additional Cardholder collected Farmers Club Points will appear on the Primary Cardholders Farmers Club Account, provided you have a valid Farmers Club Card linked to your Farmers Mastercard Account.
^A minimum purchase amount may be required. An Establishment fee of $55 applies to your first LTF transaction, a $35 Advance Fee applies to all subsequent LTF transactions.
